418    NEW LIGHT CHRISTIAN CHURCH (Paschall Ststion Rd.)

      Location - on Paschall Station Rd (SR-1300) about 0.3 mile from Wise-Five Forks Rd (SR-1306).


      Directions: From Warrenton courthouse on N Main St and SR 1305 (Warren Plains Rd), travel 7.7 miles and turn left onto SR 1306 (Wise-Five Forks Rd). Travel 1.4 miles and turn right onto SR 1300 (Paschall Station Rd). Travel 0.3 mile and turn left at edge of woods. Travel about 300 feet to the church site on the left in the wooded area. Race-African American.

      New Light Christian Church was once located on the old St Tammany Road. It was reportedly demolished by a tornado in the 1930s. The cemetery was thought to be located on the left across from the old North Warren School.
