Directions: From intersection of US Hwy 52 and 601 (Rockford St) in Mt. Airy, go south on US Hwy 601 for 1.35 miles, then turn left on Old US Hwy 601. Then go 1.7 miles and turn left on Siloam Rd. Follow Siloam Rd for 2 miles and turn left on Little Mtn. Church Rd and go 3.4 miles until it dead ends into Ararat Rd. Church and cemetery will be on the right.

This was a full and complete survey of burials by Bob Carter as found on August 19, 2009 and resurveyed with photos in March 2012. The survey began at the SW corner nearest at the back of the church and working left to right, then right to left toward Ararat Road. The survey was an update to an existing archeological survey completed by Delories Beamon and Shelby Goins Gregory in 2008. It had many areas marked as "VS" (vacant spot) which might be actual burial sites or reserved for future burials; however, they are not included in this survey.

In many cases I've shown actual names if grave had just the initials, or day and month of birth or death if only the year was given. In the Notes section I've also attempted to show the parents names if they could be obtained from death, marriage, or obituary records. For some burials, the names of parents or surnames were unavailable. As with any research, mistakes may have been made, so if you see any factual errors please send an email to us for a correction.
