Location - In Cheeks Township in a wooded area across from 7117 Bowman Rd (SR-1142). Private property.

Survey - Margaret Jones of the Orange County Environment and Resource Conservation Department and Milton Forsyth visited the area on 3 Jan 2007 but were unable to find the grave.
Comments - Reported in 2006 by the property owner, Mrs. Mildred Lewis, who lived across the road from where the burial is located. It is believed to be from the 1800s. The area is heavily wooded with dense underbrush, making locating a single gravestone challenging unless one knows exactly where to look for it.
