140 CHRISTOPHER FAMILY CEMETERY
Location - In Cedar Grove Township on the north side of Rte 49, 0.25 miles NE of the intersection with Lynch Store Road (SR #1364). It is a short distance NE of the Mt. Adar Church.

Survey - Although several old photogaphs indicate this cemetery was visited by the 1970s survey team, it was not in the survey and no records pertaining to it were found. Milton Forsyth surveyed the cemetery in March 2006 and provided the photographs.
Graves - There were 55 burials marked with readable monuments and 5 older monuments which were not clearly readable.
Status - The well-kept cemetery is surrounded on three sides by a 3-ft-high iron fence and on the side opposite the highway by a row of cedars. It was established in 1916 [see OC DB 72:91].
