Location - In NE Cedar Grove Township North of Hurdle Mills Road (SR #1506) just west of its intersection with Wilkerson Road (SR #1507) and just south of the Person County line. It is west of the large radio tower, 900 ft north of Hurdle Mills Road. Private property.

Survey - This information was provided by Mr. W. Ernest Blalock of Prospect Hill, NC, in February 1996. Milton Forsyth visited and photographed the cemetery in February 2005 through the courtesy of Mr. David McCullock.

Graves, Unmmarked - There are other graves indicated only by depressions.
Additional Burials - Supposed burial here of Phillip Benjamin Wheeley, b. 23 Nov 1818, possibly a brother of William Wheeley, who married (1) Hannah Hawkins, b. 10 Sep 1811 and (2) Mary Compton, b. 29 Apr 1837, d. 8 Mar 1880. Other members of the Wheeley Family are most probably buried here.
