Location - Mangum Township, west of Bahama Road (SR-1607), between Red Mountain Road (SR-1471) to the north and Hampton Road to the south.

Directions: From the city of Durham, NC head north on US 501 from I-85. Go about 10 miles and turn right onto Bahama Road. Go about 7 miles and turn left onto Tilley Farm Road. Go until the road takes a right turn to the north (about 1 mile). This is currently a stop sign and the cemetery is straight ahead a few hundred feet down a dirt road. It can be easily seen from the stop sign.

This maintained cemetery has about 50 graves, 43 of which have inscribed markers dating from 1816 to 2014, enclosed by a wrought iron fence. The cemetery is still being used in 2019, with several burials in recent years. In addition to the 43 marked graves, the east side of the cemetery has 12 stones, blocks or rusty old metal markers apparently marking graves with no inscribed markers.
