      Location - Oakland Township. 300 feet west of end of private road, Lalon Rd. which is off the 2400 block of Lydia Perry Rd., Bear Creek, NC 27202.

      In 1972, W. Harold Broughton recorded 3 grave markers and noted other graves marked with rocks and illegible stones. In 1989 Reba Thomas reported an abandoned family cemetery shown on plat 90-10. Julie King-McDaniel surveyed and photographed the site in 2023. She confirmed the three inscribed markers and noted many other graves marked with fieldstones.

      Number of graves: At least 10.
      White: Yes.
      Restricted access: Private property.
      Enclosed: Yes. Stone wall remnants.
      Size: 35' by 50' per plat.
      Site is heavily overgrown but recognizable as a cemetery.
      Markers: Yes.
      Markers with inscriptions: Yes.
      Number of readable markers: 3.
      Last burial: 1851.
      First burial: 1838.
      Listed: Yes.
