On 6 June 1995, Will M. Heiser recorded 2 grave markers, accompanied by Jesse Fearrington, J. Lamont Norwood, and Charles Aycock Poe. Markers "Erected by Clarence Poe, 1917." Photos by Bev Wiggins in June 2010 and Feb 2011. Wiggins noted at least 8 additional graves in the area, some marked with fieldstones, others simple depressions. Dismukes' land "the old family graveyard excepted in this deed for the benefit of the Dismukes family."
