Location - Center Township. Between SR 1522, Eddie Perry Road, and Russells Chapel Cemetery (D86.1), 400 feet north of Russells Chapel on SR 1520, Russells Chapel Rd (SR 1520), west of Eddie Perry Rd.

On 6 June 1995, Will M. Heiser recorded 2 grave markers, accompanied by Jesse Fearrington, J. Lamont Norwood, and Charles Aycock Poe. Markers "Erected by Clarence Poe, 1917."

Dismukes' land "the old family graveyard excepted in this deed for the benefit of the Dismukes family." Deed KG/203, 17 Sep 1949, from Charlie and Mellissie Perkins to Trustees of Russell Chapel refers to the "White cemetery, which is located on the lands of Charlie Perkins."
