Location - North-west of Fuquay-Varina. Under a Cedar tree about 230 feet on North side of Highway 401 and about 1,700 feet SW from where Dwight Rowland Road intersects Highway 401.

Directions: from Raleigh going Southwest towards Fuquay-Varina on Hwy. 401 about 1.4 miles past Hilltop Rd. About 0.3 mile past where Dwight Rowland Rd. intersects Hwy. 401 on South side of 401. Between 2601 N. Main St. and 2437 N. Main St., Fuquay-Varina.

Sarah Utley was married to Isaac Rowland. She was a daughter of Jonathan Utley and Francis "Fanny" Suggs Utley. Sarah was mother of Mary Ann Rowland McLean, Harriet H. Rowland Blanchard, Dr. William Henry Rowland, and John Marshall Rowland.
