Directions: from the intersection of U.S. Hwy. 40 and Hwy. # 70, on the east side of Raleigh, at Exit # 306-A, take Hwy. # 70 southeast for 6.1 miles to the traffic light at Shotwell Rd. (SR # 1553), Clayton, Johnston Co. Turn north onto Shotwell Rd.,(which will become Mial Plantation Rd. (SR # 2509) after re-entering Wake Co.) It is 3.5 miles from Hwy. # 70 to the cemetery located on the west side of Mial Plantation Rd., about 1/4 mile after crossing over the Neuse River.

The cemetery is neat and well kept, with space for more burials. Parking is available. The cemetery contains about 1.6 acres and is the property of Tippett's Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, located 1 mile south of the cemetery at 2500 Shotwell Rd., Clayton, NC, 27520.
