Directions: From intersection of US Hwy 52 and NC Hwy 268 in Pilot Mtn, go west on NC Hwy 268 for 12.2 miles and turn right at the caution light on Rockford Rd (SR 2221). Then go .8 mile and turn right on Old Fields Trail. The cemetery will be on the left.

Status of cemetery: Abandoned.
It is surrounded by a chain link fence and is on private property. Only a couple of stones are legible and they are: Oliver Stanley, b. 1835, d. 1915; Lidia Stanley, b. 1841, d. 1930. Oliver has a second stone which reads: Oliver Stanly (no "e" in last name), Co A, 28 NC Inf CSA.
