Location: Ebenezer Ch Rd and Guyer Rd, Elkin, Surry Co., NC.

Directions: From intersection of Hwy 21 Business and CC Camp Rd in Elkin, take CC Camp Rd (aka 268 Bypass) east for 1.6 miles. Then turn left on Ebenezer Church Rd (SR 1136) for 2.3 miles. Then left on Guyer Rd (SR 1137) dirt road for 1 mile. This road dead ends into a field and has an access road along the east edge of the field that can be accessed by vehicle if land is dry or about 200 yards by foot. Cemetery is in pasture on left side of access road.
