099 BRADSHER FAMILY CEMETERY (1868)
Location - In NE Cedar Grove Township south of the Person County line, on Hester Road (SR #1512), just southeast of 'Laws Intersection' of Hurdle Mills Road (SR #1506), Wilkerson Road (SR #1507) and Laws Store Road (SR #1103 of Person County). Cemetery sits on the north side of Hester Road about .3 mi. south from the intersection.

Survey - This cemetery was surveyed On October 1, 1974. Visited and photographed by Milton Forsyth in February 2005.
Graves, Marked - There were 6 marked graves in the newer cemetery.
Graves, Unmarked - There were 18 unmarked graves counted in the older part, and probably are more. Some stones have initials (e.) or inscriptions.
Comment - Apparently there are two graveyards within yards of one another. The new cemetery has six graves and the older cemetery has 18 graves; the five graves marked only by roughstone are probably infants of the Bradsher Family.
Status - In late 1976 a chain link fence was installed and the older part of the cemetery was cleaned. In 2005 the entire area was well tended.
