039    LITTLE RIVER PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH CEMETERY (1761)

Location - In Little River Township just SW of Caldwell. Off Hwy 57 west on Little River Church Road (SR #1543) a short distance. The church (present one built 1944) is on the south side of the road; the cemetery is adjacent to the South. Near the North Fork of the Little River. Memorial marker to founders of this church.

Survey - This cemetery was surveyed on January 21-26, 1974. Church picture by Margaret Jones of the Orange County Environment and Resource Conservation Department in 2003. [Church] Gravestone pictures provided by Ellen Kerley in April 2004, July 2004 and May 2006.

Graves, Marked - There were approximately 902 graves, as nearly as can be ascertained, 842 of them marked.
