This abandoned cemetery is located behind the #0418 Selma Memorial Gardens cemetery. It is a separate cemetery and not a part of the Memorial Gardens. A ditch separates this abandoned cemetery from the Memorial Gardens. This is a African-American cemetery.

During 2016 a Boy Scout named Isaac Wells took on the task to clean up the abandoned and vandalised cemetery as his Eagle Scout Project. Most of the cemetery has been cleaned up, and the discovered grave markers repaired in October 2016.

The cemetery has about 60 graves, most dating from the early 1880s to the 1940s. Several veterans of World War I and World War II were buried there. Several plots include families with parents, children, even infants. More than half of the graves have only stone crosses with no names or dates.
