On SR 2117, 0. 4 mile off Hwy 42, on Kenly Route 2. 1 acre of land given by the late W T Creech, father of R D Worley, J Bunyon Creech, Jessie Grant Creech, Bennett Creech, Addline & Sally Ann Creech. Mary Ann Stancil was first one buried here, in 1888. She was the first wife of Nepoland Stancil who later married Mary M Stancil. This cemetery is on land that R D Creech sold to Luby & Nellie Creech Batten in 1916. Now owned by Nellie Batten Hocutt. Information given by Rhoda Stancil Creech who is 83 years old. 247 marked graves. 36 unmarked graves.
