Location - Pleasant Grove Twp. on Hwy. 210 about 7.6 miles east of Angier.

Directions: From Angier turn east on Hwy.#210 and go 7.6 miles to a cotton field on your right. There is a driveway. Drive in about 100 ft. to the remains of a family cemetery.
Of the 6 thought to be buried there only 2 headstones remain. The ruins of an Antebellum farmhouse sit another 100 feet back and all are surrounded by cotton fields. The nearby town of Coats was named for this family.
