Husband of Patricia A. Faircloth. Portrait picture. Mr. Wayne Faircloth, 81, of Lillington passed away Thursday, at Universal Healthcare in Lillington. He was born in Harnett County, the son of the late Daniel and Mamie McPhail Faircloth. Wayne was also preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Faircloth; son, Mark Faircloth; brother, Earl Faircloth and sister, Judy Faircloth. He was a 1956 graduate of Boone Trail High School. Wayne proudly served in the United States Army. He retired from Harnett County after 25 years of service. Wayne is survived by his daughter, Angie Norris and husband, Johnnie Mack of Fuquay-Varina; daughter-in-law, Ammie Faircloth of Casper, WY; 4 grandchildren, Jennifer Setzer, Eric Norris, Chris Adams and Ashley Higgs; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter; sister, Betty Yvonne Tysor of Lillington; several nieces and nephews. Arrangements were handled by O'Quinn Peebles Phillips Funeral Home in Lillington, NC. A funeral service was held at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Chapel and burial followed in Lakeside Memorial Gardens in Angier.
