Directions: From exit 114 (Germanton Road) on US-52 North of Winston Salem, go north on Germanton Road to intersection with Old Hollow Road, then east on Old Hollow Road to intersection with Providence Church Road, then north on Providence Church Road about 0.7 mile. Church is on west side of road with cemetery directly behind, but not visible from road.
