Also known as Zimmer Family Cemetery and Plantation Cemetery.

Directions: from Winston-Salem on US52 North to Germanton Road Exit. North on Germanton Road for approximately 1 mile to intersection of Germanton Road and Hanes Mill Road. Golf Course is on east side of road. The cemetery is located approximately 100 yards east of the club house and is accessible only with permission of owner.

The golf course is located on part of the original Cox Family farm or plantation. The current club house is located approximately where the original farmhouse stood. The cemetery is surrounded by a stone wall with an iron gate.

Surveyed as "Zimmerman Family Cemetery" in 1973 by Stanley, et al. Surveyed and photographed for the Forsyth County Genealogical Society by Thomas McLain and Bill Mueller in October 2017.
