Directions: From Exit 244 on US 421 turn North and proceed approximately 1 mile. The church and cemetery are on the south side of the intersection of Shallowford Road and Lewisville-Vienna Road.

History: Lewisville Methodist was organized in 1881 with A.E. Conrad, S. W. Craft, Philip Mock, George Mock, and Alexander Stimpson serving as the first stewards. Mr. Lewis Lagenour (for whom Lewisville was named) donated the land and on 22 October 1882 the new church building was dedicated.

Cemetery first surveyed in May 1973 by Stanley, et al. Second survey and photographs done by Bill Mueller and Thomas McLain for Forsyth County Genealogical Society in 2015 and 2017.
