Directions: From Silas Creek Parkway: Lockland Ave. 0.5 mile to Sherwood Dr. Turn left, 0.1 mile on Sherwood Dr. to Madison Ave. Turn left. Cemetery is on 1200 block of Madison near intersection with Deborah Lane.
Surveyed 17 Apr 1993 by Phyllis Hoots and Jeffrey Haines. Cemetery overgrown with several fallen trees. Unable to determine exact number of graves. Row 1 is farthest from Madison Ave. Grave #1 is the rightmost stone in each row, increasing from right to left.
