Located in Durham County at 807 Old Oxford Road (northeast intersection of Old Oxford and Mangum roads).

Well maintained and in use, most of the 100 or more graves are marked. Canvassed by Robert Thompson and Lucille Glenn (1981). This church's origins date to 1836 when William J. Duke, eldest brother of Washington Duke, built a log structure and named it Mt. Hebron. When it was replaced by the structure at the present site in July 1885, the 'Hebron' church was renamed in honor of William 'Uncle Billie' Duke.
