      Location - Hickory Mountain Township. South side of chapel building at 160 Smoky Hollow Trail. Chapel is on west side of Smoky Hollow Trail, 0.2 mile south of US 64.

      In December 1999, Will and Audrey Heiser recorded 15 grave markers. There is a separate plaque which reads:
