Miscellaneous information: Originally reported in 1989 by Gerald Oldham and described as having 8 graves with no markers, not enclosed, overgrown and not easily identifiable and on the property of "Scott" English (parcel 3087). Oldham also described the site as being 50 yards south of Orange County line--which would put it to the north of parcel 3087. Efforts to locate the graves since then have been unsuccessful. The property has been disturbed by road construction on the east side and a power easement on the north boundary. The land is rocky and overgrown. Bev and Jim Wiggins were accompanied by property owner Margery Gates and neighbor George Campbell on 31 May 2015. The graves could not be located on parcel 3087.

Last canvassed by: Gerald Oldham. Date: 1989. Bev Wiggins, 31 May 2015.
