Deed indicates land aka Burnett Place, lot 8 in the partition of the Turner Bynum land. The Turner Bynum estate obtained the parcel via deed AN/556, 14 Nov 1865 from Lucien Burnett. Deed 609/149 leaves land to Fannie Perry heirs, Jan 1993; DK/453 15 Mar 1901 refers to 1 acre Burnett graveyard; ED/170 12 Jan 1907 also refers to graveyard..
