022    BENFIELD CEMETERY

Location - in the woods off Lake Drive and about 0.2 miles from Goodman Lake Rd..


Travel Hwy 181 North from Morganton about 6 miles, turn right on Goodman Lake Road, go about 1 mile turn left on Lake Dr., go about 0.2 miles to where Lake Drive ends, here you will find an old logging road (path), to the right in the curve. Travel this path to where it curves sharply, walk at about 10:30 o'clock through the brush and pines about 150 yards and the cemetery is in a wooded area.
