Survey from the notes of Durward T. Stokes recorded with Robert N. Cook on March 15, 1959.

This cemetery is on land that still belongs to the descendants of Jacob Holt. Mr. and Mrs. Anderson and Miss Edith Roney gave the information about it and Mr. Anderson accompanied Robert N Cook, Jr. and me to the spot. The old house, which originally stood on the hill above the cemetery, was moved up the road about sixty years ago and is still in use.
